Daniel L. Wald
Principal

Danny serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. He also leads Walker’s Acquisition Fund, which raises capital for acquisition and development of industrial properties nationwide. He directs Walker’s third-party asset management services, and is responsible for the firm’s 4.5 million square foot portfolio of industrial properties across the U.S.

Prior to joining the Company, Danny served as the CFO of Robert Pattillo Properties, a national industrial development company, where he directed the company’s financial, tax, and risk management strategies. He also spent ten years with GE Capital Real Estate in New York and Atlanta.

Danny holds an Accounting degree from the University of South Carolina.
