John T. Warden
Principal

John co-founded The Walker Companies in 1987 and serves as Executive Vice President of the firm. He developed Walker’s proprietary site selection optimization model, WISER.

He has completed engagements recently for Columbia Sportswear, ArcelorMittal, AutoZone, EFACEC and Havertys Furniture.

John has 33 years experience in strategic planning and research, and was formerly Director of Economic Development Research at the Georgia Tech Research Institute.

John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University.
