We are the only location consulting firm that integrates site selection, incentives negotiation, real estate services, design and construction management, and equity financing capabilities to provide corporate clients with turnkey expertise to manage a project from conception to occupancy.
Through our Walker Acquisition Fund, we also act as principals in acquiring and developing industrial properties on a nationwide basis. We operate on an “open book” basis and will offer profit-sharing arrangements for build-to-suit lease situations.
